Hey my inspire 2 is only recording 720 to my sd card and my crystalsky. Do I have to have the ssd to get full 4K?

Hi there, the lowest resolution of X4S and X5S is 1920×1080. May I have the model of your gimbal and camera? Is it X4S or X5S? You can only select 720P or 1080P of the image transmission in DJI Go 4.
Please select the higher resolution in Camera Settings.
