Hey guys how come in my go 4 app my flight logs has no recorded altitude I'll attach a pic

Just to verify, did you fly the drone in a place with GPS signal? The top altitude here means the max takeoff altitude when you take off the drone. If the altitude is equal or less than 0, in iOS device, it will display 0, for Android device, it will display negative. You can try to sync the record or try to reinstall the latest app (note to back up the records and files on editor before uninstalling it). Hope it helps.

Thanks dji thor I thought this was a top altitude when flying I live in Florida very flat so that explains the 0 lol

iOS or Android? On my iOS app it says "MAX TAKEOFF ALTITUDE". Seems the wording is clearer on my version (v4.2.5-3072)

@chameleon is sat it's worded better there as well I was a little co fused for a minute there lol but yes I am on android

Turn location on in your device Dji go don't know where you are.
Footprints is also on 0 so your location is turned off or the app don't have permission.
