Using the latest DJI GO 4 App for iOS, 4.2.6 and today I've noticed that I now get a failure, when tying to Sync Flight Records to Cloud, not had this issue before, never had an issues with flight logs uploading, it's also a bit odd, because the Cloud Symbol is located, which suggests they have ben uploaded, but distance covered here on the forum has not changed, and no logs are synced to UAV Data!
Tried via 4G Mobile, and two different ISPs via WiFi same issues ....

Coincidental updated to 4.2.6 yesterday, and this is the first time using it ?

The logs are as follows:-

it's odd because the Growth of Value just changed, but Sync still failed. and also Total Distance on phone is 73,252m, and in the forum 73254, but still missing 1 flight log.

tried that, FAILED, same as before!

Again same situation here, ios device, but Phantom 3 Pro. Have looong time with this issue, sometimes is ok, most fails.

I also have this issue as of today.

Mine is failing to sync as well. Gets to 90% then has message "Sync failed. Retry". Have tried this on both iPad and iPhone 8 Plus, same result.

Yes, something weird going on here, because I'm managed a sync using Android App, and it's synced all my flights logs to Droid, and also synced to flights to DJI.

However, none of these new flights are available on Airdata UAV, which is a bit weird.

I just checked my iPad, which is on version 4.2.5, and it's partially synced, and fails at 89%.

So something is barfed with iOS.

Yeah, latest version of app and IOS.  Used IPhone 6 and IPad mini 4.  Neither will sync.

Bump, still an on going issue with IOS.  

Same issue here after IOS DJI Go 4 update to 4.2.6

Same issue here. I have been using Go4 on a couple of different Android devices, clocking up time on a Spark, and Mavic Air, and the sync has worked without an issue. Today we bought an ipad, and set up Go4 on that. The set up went ok until I tried to sync my flight record, when I got the sync failed message.
I took the sparkRC out and flew with the ipad connected, and the flights were recorded properly. I tried sync'ing the flight record again after this and got the same message. I then logged on to Go4 with one of my Android devices, cleared the local cache, and sync'ed from there. The sync worked ok and included the flights I had on the ipad, so obviously the upload part of the sync had worked from the ipad.
I cleared the cache on the ipad and tried getting the the flights back, but still got the same sync failed.

Any clues?  

Same issue here... c’mon. Also having the same issues as Einstein. Total distance on the app and the forum are way off.

The forum distance is in meters and the app distance is in feet.  Hope that helps.
