After a little contact with a tree, I was faced with the dread of sending my p4p to dji for repair. Phantom was bought in the USA and I live in Finland, so I had to send it to dji at my own expense,which was fair enough. I was dreading the repair process after reading so many unhappy customers who had sent their drones for repair. My p4p was received on 8th feb,the damage assessment was the next day, repair and testing took place on the 12th and it is already on its way back to Finland via ups,and dji even covered the cost of the ups back to me. All that said, I was surprised at the cost of repair,I was expecting more,so....overall a very happy customer. I hope they continue to repair peoples drones as quickly as mine. |
