Hello Folks

Basically my exact Setup:
- DJI Spark Fly More Combo

Device 1
- RC connected SGS4 / Android 5.0.1
- “DJI Go 4” app V. 4.2.6 (526-googlePlay)

Device 2 (for mobile editing movies and so on)
- Spark connected with IPad Air 2 Wifi+  64GB / iOS 11.2.5
- “DJI Go 4” app V. 4.2.6 (3084) in German

At my Office ( next door to a Stadium) they are reconstruct parts of the building.
And i wanted to do some Shots from above of the Construction Site.
But because of the Stadium its a NFZ. (Orange). No Problem. I go to https://www.dji.com/flysafe with
Internet explorer 11. And there is no orange Zone. I take Firefox at home and edge... and there it is. A big Orange NFZ.


I log in, Unlock the Zone i need, enter the Controller Number in the android app ( remember with RC)
And I had a unlock Fly Zone during two days. Time to fly I thought.

But the Sync of the licence did not work on android. He did not listed me my Permissions to fly.
When I wanted to sync, or reload, the app told me “no internet connection”, but my mobile 4g data was enabled.
My WIFI was enabled and connected with the RC.

So I tried different. I connected the Spark directly to the IPad with WIFI and left 4g enabled.
I opened the App, and tadaaaa... it worked.

I Try to fly this afternoon with the Permissions on my Device.

I think its a issue of the android app. He can not connect with Wifi RC and Data 4G together to connect the account of DJI
With the spark through the RC.

Try to connect directly if you have the issue or go with a iPad.

Edit of 15.01: I was flying this Lunch-Time over the construction site and it worked with my setup "Device 1"

I still wonder myself, why i cannot see the orange NFZ in the Office on IE 11 but on safari on tablet or firefox at home or microsoft edge at home.


I suppose, that the app on android can not handle the connections with 4G and Wifi parallel all the time.
Thats why the Flying Permissions are not downloaded to the Spark.

Now i made my construction side shots...

But a Range of more or less 100 m should be able... i was at 60m as the timegap between control and movement of the spark became nearby
joking +/- 10 seconds... with or without view mode on the screen...

otg cable won‘t work. i can not connect.
flightmodus of the device.
rc and spark connected otg plugged in.
it beginns to charge my cell phone from the rc...??
i still wonder...

did i forget to downgrade firmware in rc?
