One battery after update ( latest drone update ) stopped communicating with drone . One connected get Error message - no signal , in app dont gett any battery info what soever , like if drone got no battery connected

Just to verify, you have two batteries and one has stopped working and is giving you an error message?
Please confirm if this is correct.
If it is, please to do a Firmware upgrade using the battery that is giving you the error message.
For further assistance, please specify which aircraft you have and provide a picture of the error message.

I have bought fly more combo with 3 batteries and one just stopped working . battery can be charged directly from charger but not charging hub and once drone is on get battery  communication connection error . Cant upgrade firmware as its saying battery below 50% yet its fully charged , get same error message using DJI assistant
