Hi all,

Phonesupport told me to update the software and reinstall the dji app.i  told them i did that already but the said dobit one more time offourse this didnt worked.


The problem:

I have a camera error 3  on my mavic air. All firmware up to date.

Anyone an idea? Cant find this error using search function.

Try resetting the camera within the app but it does look like a DOA case to me too.

Yeah, reset camera settings - at the bottom of the list in the camera settings menu of the app - with other options like turing off/on the histogram. Try that and see if it works.

DOA - nearly - dead on arrival - a warranty term defining a product that was delivered broken so you should get a brand new replacement if you follow Wachtbrtger's link which I suggest you do asap if the reset fails. Good luck

I was reading your post before I read this one, did you ever find a solution? I am having the exact same problem after changing gimbal.

Hola. Una solución para el Error Code 3 luego de cambiar el gimbal es quitar el sensor de la cámara del gimbal original y colocarlo en el gimbal nuevo. No es sencillo pero soluciona el problema.
