Does it connect to your PC if you use the assistant?

Do you mean the remote won't turn on?

Control remote if it turns on and it has 45% of battery, but you don't want to receive load

You want to say that the controller is not charging?

Try using another USB cable for charging the RC.

Check to see if the tab inside the micro usb A port has not been broken off or pushed down.

The micro usb charging cable can only go in one way, and you need to align the tab from the port with the hole in the plug.
I think you might have tried inserting it up side down , thereby damaging the tab in the port.

Has anyone ever got the message while flying ( braking return sticks to center) I've been getting that frequently here lately
