There tend to be a lot of brickbats on the forum with very few bouquets so I thought I would add one.
Had to have my P4Pro repaired after it developed a crack in one arm. Really happy with the repair process and my P4Pro is now airborne again.

Did you check if its the same p4p , or a refurbished one( meaning a other repaired broken one) check the serial number inside the battery hold and compare the number on the original box. It might not be your old original one

I had exactly the same crack, but the send me a different one. Hoping no other issues will appear

It is different to the one I sent in but I have flown it and there are no issues so far so I am happy with it

Its nice to have that piece of mind. I purched the DJI Care Refresh. Heres to hoping Ill never have to use it.

Thanks to DJI Barendrecht for rapid turnaround on my warranty repair. Landing strut buckle bracket replacement  received 10 days after submission of repair request.
