Why does a photo have a different white balance using the same temperature in Auto and Manual mode?

Yes, a Tint Control is needed!  This has been discussed since the Inspire 1 came out and still nothing.

Why every other video camera maker uses a tint control for manual white balance and DJI does not is a mystery.  Should be in GO menu someplace.

Only option is to fly with a Green Color Correction gel filter for me.  Usually a CC005G or CC10G is sufficient to get rid of the DJI magenta cast that shows up in some areas of the video.  Lee Filters makes them for the Hollywood crowd (Samys Camera in LA sells them.), but you have to cut them out fit behind your ND filter or put into an old filter holder.

What is DJI's stance on this? Can someone from DJI chime in?  Have they never shot a white card in their life and checked this on a vectorscope? Why is the White Balance almost correct while using "Auto" but when the exact same color temp value is selected in manual mode, it is out and needs a tint control to make white "100%" white.
Please comment below.
Thanks

DJI? Can someone from DJI chime in?

You know, we can hope that DJI now in partnership with Hasselblad, will fully use their new resources not only to make a bird that can carry a Hasselblad but to have Hasselblad design and re-write the firmware to make their "professional" cameras truly so. Nothing but good can come from this partnership, so lets cross our fingers.
