today i experienced some display problems with my Cendence.
During start up all appears normal. After the drone is connected the display looks like that their is a stripe in the lower part, please see image
Somebody any idea how this issue can be resolved?
Sorry for your problem. IMO it appears to be a hardware problem. You could try refreshing the FW on the Cendence first... and see if this corrects it. I would guess the LCD screen is problematic and will need replacement by DJI repair. Open a ticket with DJI service

@mindy we are using now the Cendence for a couple of months' and it was for sure full black before.
I try to reinstall the firmware, so that we are anyhow on the safe side.

I apologize for give you bad information regarding your Cendence Remote. I was basing my comments on memory and should have turned on my system to verify what I was saying.
Mindy is correct, the screen you are seeing is normal and I am so sorry for providing misinformation.
I turned on my Cendence and connected it to my Inspire 2. here are the screenshots showing my system.

Upon checking my Cendence, you were correct regarding this is a normal screen. I was going from memory and not looking at my Cendence.

I am glad you saw my new post and your Cendence should be just fine.... sorry again for the confusion. I am really enjoying the way my Cendence is performing so far and very happy with the features. Although not much happening right now because of weather.
