Help me understand a little something.
I've spent about $3500 for the Inspire 1 w/ Dual Controllers. Then I spent about $1000 more on batteries, and a then had to buy a better case (GoProfessional) due to the cheapo case they included BROKE on me. I was shocked how cheap the Inspire 1 case was for the money you spend. My DJI Ronin case is very solid and stylish. DJI got that case right.
I might be overthinking here... I was looking at the Phantom 3 forums and it almost seems like they care about the P3 customers more than their Inspire 1 customers.

Bring in new customers make them feel comfortable (Marketing 101). I get it, the Inspire 1 won't sell 100,000-200,000+ units in the long run. But we are still customers that took a bigger step.
I know it's not easy with setting up systems and companies. But when you're a billion dollar company lol how hard is it to setup Better Customer Support and a Replacement Program?
This forum alone seems like its about 30% done. This place should be big resource center community. PhantomPilots and InspirePilots is ran by like a 13 year old and that is beyond miles better. It's not hard to buy some forum software for $140 and plug it in and monetize it.
