my dji go 4 has not any feature for aperture and expose setting. My app is completely different than ones I see in your tutorials. even I delete and re-download and install again and again but nothing changes. I use bothe device iPhone 8 plus and 5s, I updated the IOS version to the latest, I updated the app to the latest version , I unlink and relink the remote controller, I did any advices from anywhere! but the issue didn't solved.
could you please let me know how can I solve this issue?

As I saw other DJI GO 4 apps in the internet, they have "AF Focus assistant" and "MF Focus Assistant" in the camera setting tab and also the ability of pan motion. but as you can see, I have updated the app to version 4.2.6 on both iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 5s, and these settings don't appear on my app.

The aircraft shown against your avatar is a P4, not a P4P, which would explain what you are seeing in DJI Go 4. And the firmware listed in 'About' is for a P4. The problem is you do not have a P4P but a P4.

The aperture of Phantom 4 is f/2.8 and it is not adjustable. May I know where do you see the tutorial that mentioned it is adjustable? The exposure is in the camera settings, since you are in manual mode, the EV is not adjustable, but you can adjust the ISO and shutter. In Auto mode, the "M.M" on the fifth screenshot you provided above is to adjust the exposure value. Hope it helps.
