After updated firmware on my Phantom4, everything showing on my ipad:-
Overall status  Normal (Lateest Firmware)
Flight Mode GPS
compass Normal
IMU Normal
ESC Status Normal
Vision Sensors Normal
the problem I have is that when go to take off, start motors then remote starts to beep, aircraft will lift off, as in mode 2, the right stick not work No yaw or forward and reverse movement.
anyone have any ideas,

Try relinking and see if that helps.

yes, forward and rear sensors detecting something....auto return joy sticks to center position, take off from open space area where sensors went detect obstacles close by writhing sensor range, or take off straight up after start up...worked for me.

Calibrate RC then try again. But if beeping starts when motors armed then that is usually an indication of an obstacle detected. You could prove this, if you want, by turning off Obstacle avoidance. If an Obstacle detected by the forwards sensors then the 'Obstacle Avoidance Radar' usually flashes an indication on screen showing distance and direction ahead of obstacle.

Mode 2 is the most commonly used RC layout.

Agree with Aardvark. Charge the RC fully and calibrate it again to see whether it helps.
