Hi,

When flying my spark there was a crash.

I exported the black box through DJI Assistant 2. Now when I try to open any of the log files it's jibberish.

I would attach them but it might contain personal information.

There are file names such as "fatal.log", "kernel00.log", "kernel01.log" etc

All of them are encrypted.

How can I decrypt these?

You can upload your flight data but other than that, I have no clue how

You can try uploading your flight record from your phone/tablet to the following site to try to see if there is any useful info in them.  If you post the resulting URL here, I'm sure you'll get several people willing to have a look through them to help try to understand what may have happened.

Sorry to update this topic but that's right I have the same issue. I am curious and I saved locally the blackbox data to my pc but I have the same kind of files. I don't find the .dat or .txt or .log files.

Any guess?

Both the app *.txt log & the AC *.dat logs can be converted. Search the site for instructions.

I don't know of any other software that will read the AC (Spark) *.dat logs. Download the  *.dat file with DJI Assistant from Spark. Use the app ExtractDJI to extract the FLYnnn.DAT files from the compressed file. Open the file with CsvView.

There are a few sites & programs that will read the *.txt file from the DJI Go app, but not the *dat from DJI Assistant.  Search the forums.
