Hi all,

Does anyone have the extra file from DJI that is used when your controller will not run the update? I have seen it mentioned doing a google search and I am hoping someone can send it to me.

   try doing it directly from the gimbal.


1st.Turn on inspire  wait for gimbal to warm up and to do its thing.
2 have the controller ON with the cable plug
3 insert cable to gimbal carefully and quickly.
4. give it a few minutes and then you will probably see it update.

had the same problem with my 2nd controller, support sent me this file. Did not work with USB stick ..
I downloaded from gimbal.

No nothing I did was able to get the controller to update, had them send me an rma and sending it in Monday.

I'm having the same problem I can not load the new firmware. DJI sent me that file and it loaded ok but when I put in the new firmware it gos so long than fails. When I checked the txt files the results txt would say rc failed reload firmware again. But in the log txt it would say success. Everything seems to work on the bench and on the app but I have no video feed. I can take pictures and videos but I can not view them or see what the camera sees on the DJI app.

I'm afraid I will have to send my controller in which probably means I won't be able to fly my I1 all summer.
