Got my phantom and it flew right out of the box after charging and reading and watching videos. Second time no fly but my fault. Never got the green lights. Not logged in?? Third time back on track but my samsung note 3 kept cutting off the wifi. Sent email to DJI Support about the issue. Got reply asap as I am in Texas and different time zone. Tried their suggestions and now it all works. Last time out flew great and got pictures. First landing just perfect. Second landing turned over but motor cut off quick. Have guards but not installed yet as they have to come off to put in storage case. Painted two guards red so will know where the front is from long distance. Thinking about getting some thin tubing and cut down long ways to slip on the skids so the skids are larger and may not tip over as easy. I think when you open the app that you are using your air time on your phone, so watch your usage unless you have unlimited. Happy so far |
