I powered off the Mavic Air controller after a flight and the LED status indicator stayed green and the power button stays lit up. The controller is unresponsive to any button pushes and won't connect to the Mavic. I can't turn the controller off.

try hooking it up to the PC and DJI Assistant 2 or try to charge it using the usb cable.

I tried hooking it up to the DJI Assistant and I get unrecognized usb device. Tried it with half a dozen different micro usb cords and still get the same error. I plugged it into the charger and it doesn't change. Same two lights stay on.. no charging status indicator change or anything.

Hi there, may I know what's your operation before this appears? Please try to press the Record button and Fn button of RC at the same time to enter Loader mode, then check whether it can be turned off.
