There is Spark_Intelligent_Flight_Battery_Safety_Guidelines book.
In this book it is written that: "The ideal storage temperature is 22°C - 28°C".

In the chart that given in the picture, explains that if you store your battery in 25°C (with 40% charge) it will lose 4% capacity.
But  if you store your battery in 5°C (with 40% charge) it will lose 2% capacity.

So why Dji advice to store battery in 25°C? What is the root cause?

Maybe because the chart is for standard LIPO batteries while the Spark's are Intelligent Batteries???   I don't know.

hi let me give you this answer: The Ideal storage temperature of dji intelligent batteries would be 22C-28C. You can see that on the dji inteligent battery manual on the website.

Spark batteries are LIPO too

Every LIPO battery ideal storage is around 10°-15° celsius, it gives the least damage over time without having a frozen battery.

I know the Spark's are LIPOs...I was just saying that since they are Intelligent, maybe they have something that reduces the capacity loss while storing at a higher temp than the OP's chart.

Your source? But DJi  has  stated their own specific  ideal storage on the manual at dji.com website. I do think we should follow the standard manual

Dji Representative please answer for this issue. Because in the Lithium base batteries chemistry reaction is increasing by temperature. This is not about with intelligent or not.

In Lipo batteries, moisture and liquid contact is very dangerous, which can cause to severe fire. Lipo fire is very dangerous. Lipo batteries stored in the refrigerator also have a high risk of getting moisture. Maybe this is why Dji company may have preferred the security  instead of more life for batteries.

I once read an extensive LIPO essay written by some university in the USA, don't ask me to point you
to that article because I really don't remember, it was a few years ago.
The intelligent part in the batteries are just algorithms that optimize charge/discharge over time to deal as little damage as possible to the battery but being a chemical reaction battery time alone will irreversibly damage it in a way that it will eventually become unserviceable.
Hope this is good enough for you, cheers.

Some battery experts explain that, when you store Dji battery in full charge, after 24 hours the intelligent battery automatically reduce the Charge level to %30. So Dji advice to store batteries in good ventilation room

DJI intelligent batteries are programmed or can be programmed to start a slow discharge cycle down to roughly 65% over a couple of days producing a mild temeperature raise so unless the ambient air is scorching I doubt you’ll ever have any issue with that.
