dude since it is brand new get a replacement asap. Contact dji support at dji.com
DJI aint easy with returns...
Brief Description of the Damage
· Scanned/imaged copy of the Proof of Purchase (Purchase Receipt).
· Photos of the battery, including the Serial number.
· Screenshot of the battery info, from the DJI GO app (Settings > Aircraft Battery).
· Has the battery been involved in any rough landings or crashes? If yes, please send us the DJI account (email address) you used for that flight and the specific time of that flight so we can analyze the problem.
Also, kindly provide a short video clip showing the issue containing the following:
1. The clear shooting of a serial number of the battery bottom.
2. A workable battery that works well with the charger.
3. Test the faulty battery with the same workable charger (need to press the power button to prove if the battery is fully charged or cannot be turned on). |
