Do you guys have any issues with your s8+ fitting into the remote controller? I have heard horror stories that the phone is too large to fit inside the clamps?

Without the s8+ case it will be a tight snug fit, with a case(im using an uag) you will need a tablet/phone holder, i use the mavic holder

I got a S7 edge with a case but with case can do but not  that great. without all is good.  The case i have will work but not like it should and never had a problem except hitting the home key.

You can fit a 8in. tablet between the clamps. The cut out in the clamps are made to hold an 8in, tab or smaller.

I think most phones will fit without their case. Ive got a LG G5 and I have to take the case off.

I've got no issues fitting my S8+ into the grips. I do like the snugness of it. I don't have to worry about it falling out. I do have to take it out of the case though. Those few seconds where it is naked it's smooth glass surface scares me.

I use Note8 and it fits flush tbh.
