Hi guys, can anybody tell me where is the best place to put the Ground Control Points on terrain

What GCPs are you using, out of curiosity?     Using 2, I would think Diagonally on corners.     But I have only done practice mapping so hopefully someone with better knowledge will chime in.

It's for do DEM an levels, but not in plain terrains, Most exactly in open pit mines
