Has anyone had issues updating the Phantom 3 to v 1.1.6.  After successfully updating the remote, I followed the instructions and tried to flash the Phantom.  After an hour of continous beeping, I gave up and powered it off.  Pulled the SD card and opened the text file.  The file said that result was successful.  Hooked Phantom up and all seems well.  My question is, should I try and reflash the Phantom since it didn't perform the update like the instructions said?  (Never stopped beeping).  Was wondering if anyone else out there had similiar experience.

I had problems but I think its related to the fact that my P3 is still (pending) and sitting in china.

Thanks for the response.. It was late and maybe I was having trouble determining the difference between the D-D-D and the D-D-D-D..  They sure sound a lot a like.. Guess I thought it would stop making noise..

I had to count the D-D-D-D's :-)

If the result says successful then your all set It can be confusing figuring out the different sounds but as long as you wait 25 minutes or more you should be good as long as the results of the log show successful.

I had a successful load but the ISO app is telling me "Aircraft upgrade required" so I upgrade again got this abort message

Yes, when I loaded it the first time.

Do you get a continouse bleep why its updating or just the  DDD at the start and at the end?

Im getting the same issues and can't figure out how to have it accept the upgrade or what not, I'm scared to fly it and probably won't until i get this figured out.

ok don't know what i did but mines fixed for now at least. only thing that I did differently was to use a new mini SD card. Its a Sandisk Ultra 64gb.
