I was very impressed with DJI's warranty service. I had to send back my Phantom 4 because of a strange camera glitch that I had. The longest wait that I had was the shipping time between the east coast and California. Once DJI received the Phantom 4, they evaulated it and fixed it within 2 days. The completed the repair under warranty and sent it back. I couldn't be happier with the service.


I tested the camera and the glitch is gone. I am not entirely sure if they replaced the camera and gimbal or fixed the old one, but the Phantom 4 is running fine for me now.
