My iPhone is showing that I am running 4.2.6.
When I go to the App Store, I see that 4.2.8is available but there is no Download or Update button. I only see Open, which obviously will not update my app.
What am I missing?
You could delete the old version and reinstall the new version. I would make sure that you sync all your flight data to DJI cloud first.
Not sure what else might be lost.
Someone on the forum probably had a better answer then mine.
The available update at the App Store is 4.2.8. Nothing to refresh there.
The problem is that the App Store thinks my iPhone has it and it only allows me to open the app, not update or download it.
I will try uninstalling it and re install fresh.

I'm having the EXACT same issue with Android in the Google Play store.
Is this update mandatory?
(I've asked this question 3 times in 3 different threads here and yet to get an answer.)
I uninstalled 4.2.6 and was able to download 4.2.8.
However there is an obvious bug out there because several users are complaining about the same issue.

Just confirmed with our engineers, the phased release of DJI GO 4 for iOS 4.2.8 is staged rollout. Please wait patiently.
