So my first mavic air after 50 flights suddenly fells over 25 meters... never got an exlplanasion..why it fell down how i can prevent it or anything.... i geuss it has done a restart while was flying... anyway after 30 days i got a referbish one...
On second test of the "new" referbished drone... it fell over in front of me ... 15 meters high on active track.. i am very dissaponted.
This time i got it on video... and suddelny it freezes and you can hear the bam of the drone hiting the ground, again no message showed or anyhting.

never told me that the battery was faulty or sent it back for test, they didnt even gave me an answer why it falls.. but i didnt use it cause i havent check it yet, but the thing is that no1 told me of dji or the authorized store to dont use it or anything about the battery.

It seems you were carrying something on your drone ? Your log shows extra payload and clearly warns you that this might be an issue.

... i have something on the drone.. and thankfully was the propellers guard (that plastic around the propelles)

you never flew with that on? cause if you did you will know that...

Sounds like two things went down: first a soft crash then a loud bang

no.. first fell over the tree and then down.. you can hear the tree right before the sound of crush.

The controller that says "Signal lost" and then the aircraft has done like 2-3 restarts.

Seems like a bad battery. Try another battery to see if this issue still persist

Very strange we do not see the Mavic air actually fall down, although the video is there

No.. i dont want to try anything.. and if i try other battery and falls down again and not be able to collect it? i am very lucky that both times that fall down i found it... i am not giving a 3rd chance of loosing it.

I will ask my money back and i will return the protuct.

its my second one man... and at the first one never got an explanasion why it fall down....  untrustworthy..

and i have a question like others... why when you buy a NEW one... and its faulty... they give you a referbish one and not a NEW one like the one you actualy bought.. so smart...

Definitely return the product. Hopefully you get your full refund...
