When I plug the mavic air controller into the DJI Assistant 2 to check if there is any updates.
It never connects just goes into a charge status with the flashing leds.

I turn the controller on then plug it into the computer thats when it goes into the charge status it never finds the
controller I did it the way the DJI video shows.

Does the controller need to be 100% charged before trying this all four leds are on when checked before connecting on power up.

lots of Win10 machines having issues connecting the RC to DJI assistant, and different solutions works for different machines. Please go thru the below threads, various worked solutions are mentioned here. Hopefully one of these works for you..

Didn't work for me.

I finally got it to work what I had to do was delete the new version of DJI assistant.
Load this. Here is link to the old versions.https://phantompilots.com/thread ... -downgrades.123249/

Then load the new version of DJI assistant 2 over top of it as an upgrade.
Worked first time everytime now.
