Just in case any of you are having trouble with getting the Firmware update to work correctly with the iOS app, here's what I learned today.

Originally, I did the update as the instructions stated. The result file said "successful" so I thought everything was fine. Except when I turned everything back on the app reported the "Aircraft update required" error. So I started my Google search reading all the docs I could find. I came across the Firmware update release notes and there's where I found the answer. It clearly states to re-link the remote controller after performing the Firmware update. This little fact was left out of the Firmware update instructions.


Anyway, after I did that the error went away and everything is perfect.
For those of you that need the re-linking instructions, they can be found on page 28 of the User Guide.
