HI,

Hoping someone can help with getting my Mavic Pro and Mavic Air connected to my PC via DJI Assistant (i'm using the latest version 1.2.3)

Have installed, uninstalled etc but still comes up with wanting to connect to an Inspire, actually can't even get passed past the main screen let alone it recognising the drones..

Try a different usb cable and if that doesnt work try a different computer.  Also POWER ON the drone when it is connected via usb. Be sure the gimble cover is removed.

Try searching for DJI unsigned drivers , see if that helps you?

During installation you need to confirm that you allow installation of unsigned drivers.

Look generally speaking windows 10 is quite good at getting the right drivers. As soon as I plugged the aircraft into the USB port on the Laptop it went and fetched drivers. They work fine. Try and use the cable that came with the Mavic Air USB -C into the back of the air and USB into the PC, switch on the Air and the Controller and get the Air and controller to connect. Then open DJI-Assist on the PC.

Wachtberger is correct, however there have been instances where that doesn't work. (me for example!)
I had to get into some deep dark place in the PC and ask it to permit 'unsigned Drivers' and all of a sudden, the Assistant worked. Searching Google for Unsigned drivers will get ya going.
I have seen other work arounds with people deleting stuff in Device manager but I dunno!
