Hi all - Just got mines tonight -

I purchased the DJI refresh from the same store and they said the code would follow by email - I dont have it yet - is it still possible to power on the AC and perform firmware updates - I know I cant activate or fly it (as I only have the 48 hr window) but I'd like to at least update the firmware!

Currently charging the batteries!

Ok answered my own questio mnow the batteries are chared - I cant do a thing without activating.  Bit counter intuitive!

The store are awaiting codes from DJI so I don't want to activate until I receive the refresh code.

Just to verify, do you purchase the DJI Care Refresh and drone in the same order, right? If yes, DJI Care Refresh will be valid automatically from two days after product shipment. More details, please check this link: https://store.dji.com/product/dji-care-refresh-spark?from=search-result-v2

I didn't buy direct from DJI I bought from a camera shop in the UK, they are awaiting codes being sent to them.

I would highly recommend the DJI refresh!  I am pretty experienced and never expected to crash the drone.  I wish I had gotten the refresh!  Dpi will do a great job fixing the drone - it would've been easier with refresh and the cost would have been the same.

Hi < i need help
bought the dji spark fly more combo with dji care refresh from dji online
activated my spark
do i need to activate dji care refresh and if so where to get activation code as I have not received it
I got the order no for the dji care refresh but that does not work as activation code
If it comes already activated how to check that it is
