My Mavic Air conroler will not charge after last sw upgrade.

Batteries charge but no flashing lights indicating the charging is happening.

Have tried multiple usb cords with no luck.

I had this happen with my P3Advanced. Do yourself a favor, and have them replace it under warranty. I tried to fix my P3A controller and I ended up with a 200 dollar toilet bowl water displacement tool. Just send it back for a new one. Start a claim.

Case started and will ship today.

The weird thing about this is that the last firmware update did not concern the RC but only MA and batteries. Nevertheless it's good to get it checked/repaired.

I really have no clue what the actual issue is.
We will see.
Anyone have any idea what the turnaround time might be?
I'm shipping from NY to Cali with the provided USA Ground label and do have DJI Care.

This is clearly a warranty case but I have heard that having Care Refresh speeds up the process.
