Hello everyone,  my question might be silly so here it goes.  My sparkle had a flyaway.  I posted it here on the thread and an administrator told me to start a case with support. Ater clicking on the link it was very confusing on where to start.  I did mail it in for service last week.  My question is there another way I should have done it ???

I have one more dumb question when I go and get my flight log on the phantom form how do I make a link out of it ??????????  I get all the information but dont understand how to make a quick link.
