Hi
I have lost a very important video file. I was flying and shooting with my DJI Spark and I did a ca. 5 min video. At home, when I wanted to watch, it said: 0:00 min and I cannot download (SD card error) and cannot run with any video player.
What could be the problem and can I save the file? I would pay for having my video back, as it captured a vary important situation.
Can you please suggest anything?

Did you stop the recording before powering off the drone?

Yes, the recording must be stopped before turning the drone off or the video file will be unreadable.

As they say, Google is your friend. I'm not expert in this at all but searched for "drone video files unreadable".

There is no video in your Cel phone too?
