I recieved my OSMO2 Mobile today and I cannot for the life of me get it to work.
I have a DJI Spark so I am already using 'DJI GO 4--For drones since P4'.
I switch on the OSMO and switch on my Bluetooth, the phone sees the OSMO and I connect to it.  I then switch on the DJI Go app but it doesnt see the OSMO.  I cant even select the Osmo from the dropdown menu on the app as there are only Drones available.

I have tried it on my Samsung S5 and My Samsung J5 with no luck.  I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again with no luck.

I'm not impressed with this device so far and the instructions out of the box are pretty dire.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry, I miss understood your post.  After a long time with support we finally sussed that was the case.  I did say to them that I had that App installed and they said it was the correct one.  I even said that I could see all the Drones and he said that 'it was definitely the correct one'

Sorted now anyway, many thanks!

Glad to know the issue was figured out, please make sure the DJI Go 4 is closed when you are running DJI Go APP.
