Australia's JB-HiFi was selling Strontium Nitro 16GB cards in a 3 pack and was wondering if they'll have sufficient specs to work well with the Mavic. At A$33 for 3, looks interesting. They’re UHS-I, Class 10 with up to 65MB/s. Thanks.
It should do if you filming in 2.7k or below but for 4k the write speeds has to be 100 mbps and over. I use a class 10U1 for my 1080pand 2.7k but if i need 4k i use the scan disk extreme U3
At 65MB/s = 520 Mb/s they 'should' be good enough. I use the Sandisk extreme (same as supplied with Mavic Pro), they work well and are reasonably priced.
I would not for the simple fact if you ever want to record 4k they will not suffice and if you do record the footage will be choppy. It is so much easier and really cheap just to get some that are 100Mbps.
