Sorry, the Admins do not have authorized email address for now. Please check the screenshot I attached, it may take you a few seconds to figure out how the forum works.
If still not, please kindly write an email to support@dji.com, the designated team will help you as well.

I dont see this ...??

In the top right of your screen you should see a magnifier, a bell and a circle? - if not try change the zoom of the page to look smaller.
If you hover the mouse over the bell you should see the direct way for the PM interface and in there hopefully Susan's avatar, click it.
The other way is on the circle, hover this and a link for your "personal homepage" should show up from where you can select "PMs".

I am having the same issue on my Phantom 3 Advanced.

Didn't use it for a while so I have updated it before my first flight and since I can make it take off.

The remote moves the gimbal and everything else seems to be ok.
