Can someone help me with this issue.

According to Mindy DJI administrator: She says ,Sorry that iPad 2 is not in our compatible list, please use the mobile device in our list.

DJI GO can only be installed on the Apple devices listed here.

Strange i use the iPad mini 2 wifi version with no problems and been doing so for over year with the Mavic Pro. BTW its on the compatible list.
