I use DJI from phantom2 + to phantom4. on April 11, 2018 when i use phamtom4 the distance from driver to airplane is 263m, the alarm is not connected. Wait a few minutes to try to reconnect and see no connection back. while still 53% battery life. After picking up the plane and checking the flight schedule error and i've officially lost it. I still fly normally. Would the firm give me an explanation of the above case and is there any direction for me to fix it?

Just to clarify have you lost your drone ?
Can you please upload your flight log and post a link to it here for our more experienced pilots to look at.
Its a little bit hard to understand what your issue really is for example are you only getting 263 mtrs distance and then loosing signal?
Can you please provide a little more detailed information.
I see your getting a battery error in your screen shot is this the problem you are refering too?

Sorry, I can't understand what the problem is but if you share your recorded flight data it might make more sense.
Go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
Come back and post a link to the report it gives you.

Thats not exactly what i meant sorry what you need to do is find your flight logs on your device they can be found in the dji directory on your device once you find the log that relates to the error you are recieving please upload that log to this web site http://www.phantomhelp.com/logviewer/upload/
Once you have uploaded the flight log then you will need to post a link to that file in this thread.
If you like i can use a translalor into Vietnamese if this will help you

Wow, what the heck happened to cell #1?!  Everything looks fine up until around the 8 minite mark.  Then it instantly drops (within 1 measurement interval) about 0.3V.

After 8:15 it falls below 3.3V which is the critical low battery level.

I would await for a DJI Moderrator or Admin to show and they will advise on your next course but they will probably tell you to go to here and open a ticket https://www.dji.com/support

Wondering what was the conditions on this last and latest flights, can it have been exposed to moisture or condensing from moving between cold and warm places?
What makes me wonder is the way the others cells raise their voltage when cell1 go low like something gets shorted out on the board.

The aircraft has run out of warranty but I find this error to be ridiculous. No battery error at first. and this error is very dangerous. The machine has broken the martial and gimble break expecting admin to assist me to fix it. thanks admin. I rest in case like me, just look at the plane only
