Please i need help seriously my phantom 4 Pro is showing NO SIGNAL then when cliq i will see CAMERA SENSOR ERROR, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION. CONTACT DJI SUPPORT FOR REPAIRS. and also displays this under AIRCRAFT ENCORDER ERROR (0X20). Where may the problem come from please

Sounds like you might need a new gimbal ribbon cable, or could possibly just be a loose connection.

I've also seen this happen when there's a firmware mismatch between the drone and gimbal. Try connecting to the DJI Assistant app and checking the versions. If it's a ribbon issue, flashing the gimbal firmware will fail.

Had any crashes or hard landings lately?
