That's looks like Jello, have the same issue with mine sent it back. I read some where here that if you use an ND filter the weight stops the Jello effect, apparently the extra weight has something to do with it and the jello is caused by an off balanced camera.
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I had the exact same problem out of the box, I sent the Mavic Pro to the Netherlands to replace the gimbal/camera assembly.
There may have many factors caused this issue, please help to troubleshoot:
1. Please make sure that the gimbal clamp has been removed.
2. If you are flying with the gimbal cover, please try to remove it.
3. Make sure that the stickers on the gimbal have been removed.
4. Check if the gimbal anti-vibration board is mounted correctly, you can refer to the tutorial below.
5. If you are flying in Sport mode, please try in P mode.
6. Make sure that you are not braking, which may cause the jello effect.
If the issue persists, I suggest sending the drone in for diagnose. Please contact our support for a further help: http://www.dji.com/support
In addition to Thor's list I would also calibrate the Gimbal and reset the camera settings within the app and ensure that you have an acceptable micro SD card inserted.
Check props / swap them out or switch them around... also check the gimble and make sure all 4 corners are attached. Make sure all the little screws on the gimble and camera are not loose. (do not over-tighten!)
Did all of it. After flight - still the same.
. But one thing i noticed is that, this happens when i do a quick take off from the place, if i do it slower it doesn't really happen. and second thing is that, it's was a little windy, so when i did the same fast take off in the opposite direction it didn't happen.
