Thank you, I do not know what really happen. Fly around cliff area in Taiwan, and it keep moving to left when my RC stick pull to right. Then bang to wall and fall into river.

I send DJI Support the Flight Data and got email from them confirmed it as a warranty case.

Nice to see that i have spent over 1000euro for a drone which arrived malfunctioning out of the box and DJI refuse to replace cause of a different purchase region. No logic or legal policy. And here is another case of giving drones away without having the legit obligation but do it.

They have given approval for others to repair or even replace the drone no cost in the local DJI shop. Also there are others that receive a refurbished one and is worst than they one they send for repair.
We are talking about reset the support system and build it from scratch.

I do not understand this thread having such impact to others and write just a phrase to worship DJI when there are others that facing major problems and DJI does nothing to support.
From the start mavic pro had issue with camera and gimbal (2016). Still DJI produce drones with the same issues and never tried to redesign or replace malfunction units.  Even platinum has the same camera and gimbal issues. Why worship a company that cares only about sales? It is the only company in the world that have support regionally and does not recognize the known issue of gimbal and camera as her fault when there are thousand that facing problem. If DJI was dedicated to the customer either she will improve the malfunctioning units or she will immediately replace it. Also as to understand better about quality read other threads here or on internet were DJI replace units with more problems. There are cases that customers received replacement and had to send it back 4 more times!!!!!LOL

From what i see you only mind about negative posts about you and not the positive. I do not see any reminds to other that posted how good you are and replaced the lost drone.
However the truth is beyond that. This is just a case where are others having HUGE problems with support and you care about negative posts than become better from them. I still have not get a valid answer about my issue. 2 weeks have past and got stuck with a dead high value drone. So i am writing to let others know what to expect. Now if that is true and bothers you, stop me, but the only thing you will succeed is confirming your support quality. Knowledge is the only thing that get bigger when you share it and this is what i do by letting future buyers to know what to expect.

Yes you can exchange your thoughts and I do not think Elektra at the wrong side trying to defend it though.
When I lost my drone, I really had no idea is the drone fault or pilot fault. Maybe you saw the flight record I put up in here is pilot fault, but there is no guarantee cos we are not better than DJI to evaluate it.
I read a lot from this forum some have good customer service from DJI and some doesn't. I consider one of the lucky one to get replacement from DJI. I do have in mind to get ready to save up money to get myself a replacement if DJI not willing to.
I am a purchaser for a medium size company in Singapore dealing with IT retail. I would say electronic products is not 100% guaranteed work in your lifetime.
I am sorry I didn't follow your case and no idea what problem you facing, I do hope DJI will resolve your problem asap.
