Thank you for your reminder. However this is not MY case. Also i thought this was a forum where we can exchange thoughts and resolve issues. From what i see you only mind about negative posts about you and not the positive. I do not see any reminds to other that posted how good you are and replaced the lost drone.
However the truth is beyond that. This is just a case where are others having HUGE problems with support and you care about negative posts than become better from them. I still have not get a valid answer about my issue. 2 weeks have past and got stuck with a dead high value drone. So i am writing to let others know what to expect. Now if that is true and bothers you, stop me, but the only thing you will succeed is confirming your support quality. Knowledge is the only thing that get bigger when you share it and this is what i do by letting future buyers to know what to expect.

Yes you can exchange your thoughts and I do not think Elektra at the wrong side trying to defend it though.
When I lost my drone, I really had no idea is the drone fault or pilot fault. Maybe you saw the flight record I put up in here is pilot fault, but there is no guarantee cos we are not better than DJI to evaluate it.
I read a lot from this forum some have good customer service from DJI and some doesn't. I consider one of the lucky one to get replacement from DJI. I do have in mind to get ready to save up money to get myself a replacement if DJI not willing to.
I am a purchaser for a medium size company in Singapore dealing with IT retail. I would say electronic products is not 100% guaranteed work in your lifetime.
I am sorry I didn't follow your case and no idea what problem you facing, I do hope DJI will resolve your problem asap. |
