I ordered an Osmo Mobile 2 last week in Germany, 7 days ago. Delivery time was said to be "7-10 days". However, i havent heard anything yet. If it doesnt get shipped today, it will def be more than 10 days.

I ordered mine 10 days ago. While the payment is authorized, still no confirmation of it being shipped.

Yep, 10 business days is two weeks.

ok well, lets see if it arrives within 2 weeks.

Ok, Im in the UK and Apples estimated delivery is May 1st till May 9th so don't think it'll be quicker for me. Its basically the same 7-10 business days delivery time (as long as DJI delivers in time).
Although I was considering Apple first.

I've now been waiting 20 working days and still not shipped.

Why don't they give a realistic estimate in the first place?

I wanted to take the dam*n thing on a trip next week, thats not happening now. Would have gone for another devide if i had known.

I contacted support and pointed out the 7 -10 delivery estimate, this is the response I was sent

But we assure that we're already in the process of working out your order, and we're trying our best to ship it as soon as possible. I've now ordered mine for pickup in store from Jessops, picking it up on Tuesday and will be cancelling my order on the DJI store.

I ordered one from Apple here in the UK as alot of places are on Pre-order, I orderd on the 5th April and it arrived next day.

I ordered mine 14 days ago. Payment confirmed about a week later. Shipping still pending

Same problem here. 10 business days for me is on Monday and still not shipped. Anyone know what a realistic delivery time is??

It is sharp practice taking payment from your CC without stock to send.

So I received my package today. The actual delivery time was 15 business days.  So if you are ordering from Europe you should take this into consideration.

Talking to support today and they say they are waiting on information on the courier.. I pressed the guy on if they have it in stock which he would not confirm nor deny.. He rambled some nonsense about first come first serve basis..
Anyway I don’t mind waiting but I would at least like to be updated on what’s happening..

I've cancelled my order. If they had given an accurate delivery time I would never had ordered. No disaster, but a bit irritating.

I ordered mine on April 13th and received it on April 23rd but this is in the US. It seems that other countries are having issues getting the OM2

I eventually cancelled my order from DJI and instead ordered from Jessops here in the UK to pick up in store, this was last Saturday and I picked it up Monday 2 days later.

Likewise. Cancelled order with DJI (after 10 business days with no sign of dispatch) and ordered from Apple instead. Delivered less than 24 hours later.

Mine has been put in the mail on the 24th, DJI sent me a notification "delivery tomorrow, 25th". Now i can track it via dhl.com. It has started its journey in Shenzen on the 24th. Today it has arrived in Germany. Probably delivered by mid next week. Thats roughly 14 days delivery, not 7-10 but fair enough. With such new products im always happy to get the latest revision.

Mine is in Belfast.. should get it today or tomorrow..
Panic over..
