Please give me some hint how to remove the video transmitter in order to remove the lower circuit board

If you mean the metal box for the WIFI then its a case of slowly and gently, its stuck down with double sided tape and needs gentle persuasion to remove, get a flat blade and gently wiggle it under and pry it up.

Maybe try to slice thru the tape with dental floss, work it back and forth like a saw.
