I was using my spark without problems with a Iphone 7 (that i dont have any more), but now that I´m trying to conect it to an Iphone 5S its impossible, every time I put the correct password (the password that its on the black box) my phone says that it is incorrect.  I reset my phone and nothing happends, the phone says the same. PLEASE HELP ME!! THANKS!!!

Try resetting Spark. Long press on the battery button for 9 seconds. You will hear 3 beeps. Then try to connect your phone.

brand New spark  ( not combo)

connected fine first time but not the following times.

has to reset the spark each time to connect...

Ssid from Spark does not show in my Samsung/android mobile in the following times?!
