So I have made a video showing the creative process before flying to the editing workflow.
A cinematic drone video from start to finish if you want.

I fly a Phantom 4Pro in this one but the principle is the same for any drone.
You might do it differently, this is how I do it

Great tutorial and great video. Loved the shots when the leaves are being blown around with the props. You created your own movement within the shot.  

When you where flying through the forest did you have to turn off your collision sensors?

I did turn of the sensor yes after trying to fly without. Sensors interferred with my flying, stopped when it was safe. Thanks alot

Was interesting and fun for me to make it also. Had more originally but had to cut it. Couldnt go into depht of it all, would have been an hour long video then heh.

Thanks for sharing, one thing i wondered. You said you made your editing software generating proxy files, can't you simply use the ones that get created anyway on the SD to avoid using time on this part?
