I just bought the Mavic Pro from DJI, and I was wondering if you think it is worth it to buy DJI care, and why or why not. Also, are there any other better insurence plans out there?

It is recommended to purchase DJI Care Refresh if you do not have rich experience on flying the drone, DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and offers up to two full replacements at additional charge if accidental damage occurs to your product during normal use including user error, water damage, collision and so on. But please note it will not cover lost or partially lost aircraft, gimbal or accessories.

If you want coverage for lost or stolen drone+ all other situations where the drone breaks State Farm will Insure them for $50 per year. Liability can also be added for an additional cost. I work for State Farm in NJ/NY if you need help with the Insurance give me a call. 973-479-9959 Dillon
