Hi everyone.
twice now in the last week or so I have been flying the drone around 200ft away from me and 50ft high on both occasions and the drone has had a mad wobble in the air and just plumetted to the ground.
luckily the first time it bounced a few times and I pressed up and it took off again and the 2nd time it landed in dense bush. I did a compass calibration (wasn't asked to) just before the 2nd flight but not the first.   the compass state was normal before both flights. I didn't see any birds near it the 1st time but my mate who was flying his mavic pro at same time says there was some birds near to the drone when it went down the 2nd time but I never seen them.  I think it was already on its way down when the birds came into view.  Both times I was doing 100% full throttle on right stick.

Yeah for sure change the props.  Then after you change them go through an entire battery doing a very low hover.  Walk around and ensure all the blades look right and are even (comparing front left and right and back left and right)  basically I check to make sure the spacing from prop to body is the same.

I see you are close to a prison and an airport. Could this have any significance?

I'm not that near a prison or airport. Being 25 miles to nearss5 airport isn't going to make it fall out the sky.

In your case, please export the flight data and the black box with DJI Assistant 2 for further check. You can upload it to dropbox and post the link here. Please take the video as reference. Thanks for your support.

Looks like you started last flight with partially discharged battery pack, power up at 56% 11.495v.
37 seconds from power up, flight ends at 53% 10.92v.

Wondering if drone thought it had more power than battery pack actually had.

Hi nothing looks strange in your log, it obviously ends before disconnect, first have you battery firmware up to date, 2 firmwares ago you were required to update all your batteries so this should be done with each individually.

If you have then it’s likely you have a more serious problem and may need to contact dji support.

Also and just a tip never set out to fly with only 55% battery, this may not have anything to do with your problem but just some practical advice.

I don’t believe that NFZ would have anything to do with your problem , if you tried to enter GEO would just prevent your aircraft from entering.

Yes I updated all 3 batteries on firmware update.  I normally start with 100% battery and on the second crash I wasn't going to be going far.  I had just set off for a minute or so when it crashed.  Drone has just been delivered to dji.

News is the 4th motor stalled and caused it to fall.  Craft being replaced under warranty.  Awaiting arrival.

Good job Robshaw, good to see dji honoured your warranty, hopefully you will be back in the air soon.
