I have updated my PV2+ to the latest firmware on version 3.4 of the vision + assistant software for Mac which all went fine.

I've now updated to the newer version of the Vision + assistant software, ver 3.6 for Mac and I can see there is another firmware update the assistant is telling me about which refers to an item called Zen IMU.

What is this? Should I udpate to this?

The  Zen IMU is for Zenmuse Platform. The latest version  is 1.0.0.6. It is up to you to choose update or not.

You are using new RC or old RC with pitch lever?

If old RC, did the pitch lever working with vision apps?

I did the update, I am using old RC, and the pitch lever wont work anymore with vision apps (RC-Basic Version)....if I choose RC-Upgraded version, the pitch rate is uncontrollable.

I have the standard V+ original transmitter, no pitch leaver or wheel.
Updated all firmware as in the photo.

I believe that If you choose the upgraded option, it will work with the app connected, but it works like the spring loaded wheel, you need to find the center point and then move the lever up or down and back to the center point to stop ?

Yes exactly like what u said which is very hard to control the pitch with upgraded version. If I go with basic version, the only pitch control that works is with vision apps.

I do a research and people says that for old RC, do not update zen imu.

now i am looking a way on how to downgrade/reset back my zen imu.....

So... maybe we can wait for an upcoming firmware update to address and solve this issue. There is always risk involved when doing updating, have your finger crossed.
