I have a Mavic Pro, and suddenly the C1 and C2 buttons stoppes working. What could cause that? I use them for camera tilt, and focus. There’s no beep, and no reaction.

i have same problem with C1 button on mavic air today stopped working....(i think after update dji go 4)

You may need to reset the RC using DJI Assistant, to see if the buttons return. You can also try reinstalling the DJI GO 4 App, as well.

I had the same issue a few times. I just turned off everything and restarted, it should work after that.

Refresh the FW and reinstall GO 4
