i am wondering if someone can help me, i have just go my dji spark combo pack. Everytime i want to use my spark i have to connect with my remote from my phone everytime. I have to set it up like its never been set up before, my next door naighbour has one and he doesnt have to do it. please help!!!

Not sure what steps you're taking to connect but have you checked the DJI website for support videos or seen this on YouTube?  Also what type of device are you using?  iOS / Android and what model phone could be helpful in helping you out.

I have looked at the setup video and done everything correct. Every time I try to connect to the RC I ALWAYS have to scan the QC code

I've never seen the QR Scan thing work.  Originally when I got mine I tried for 2 hours before I gave up and entered it manually.  Once I did that it was game on!  I was to the point of stuffing it back in the box and sending it back.  Try putting everything in and connecting manually.  I had the same phone when I got mine and I had no issues once I connected manually.

I have done it manually also. I’m the same I’m getting fed up with it not even had it 24hrs yet

Dumb question, your friend that has a Spark, has he tired do it?

Also in your iPhone WiFi setting for Spark-RC, is Auto-Join turned "ON"?

I was gonna mention the same thing.. but also it's the "Remember This Connection (or network)" hat needs set also If I remember correctly.  That keeps the network and login data in memory for future use.  If you do not enable that for either the Spark or the controller the you would have to re run the set up each time.

If by chance you do have that set that way I would "Forget This Network" and start from scratch.

Maybe he is trying to connect to the spark or RC in a location where he already has WIFI..   Like at home.. if I turn off the spark then the phone will connect back to my home wifi.. turn the spark back on and then I have to go into the wifi setting and choose the RC every time... but if I am out in the park with my spark it connects to the sparks wifi by itself.   The OP was not very clear about his question.

Hi there, please try to reset the WiFi settings and connect again, press the power bottom for about 9 seconds and WiFi will be reset. The default password is 12341234. Then try to change the password on the DJI GO 4 app. Please ensure that the drone and RC are on the latest firmware (AC: V 01.00.0900; RC: V 01.00.0400) first.
If the issue persists, please provide me with a video of this case and a screenshot of the firmware info (General Settings, About) for a better confirmation.
